- Unlimited local area calling: Choose any three area codes in Ontario and Quebec to define your local calling zone. Additional area codes may be added to your local calling zone for $5/month each. Calls to numbers in Canada and the U.S. outside your local calling zone will be billed at 5¢ per minute.
- Unlimited Canada/ U.S. calling: Call anywhere in Canada and anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Long Distance Plan A: Call any land line in these countries, up to 400 minutes per month for $20/month.

- Router/ATA: Customers must purchase a special router/telephone adapter (called an ATA). The ATA will be programmed with your telephone number, and is warranteed and supported by SwitchWorks for as long as you are a customer.
